Why is there no fixed price for all papers?
Every research paper is different. A 4,000-word polymer composites paper with FTIR and TGA data requires different effort than a 6,000-word economics paper with econometric analysis. Quoting a flat rate would either overcharge simple projects or underdeliver on complex ones.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
Within 24 hours of submitting your inquiry on business days. The quote includes a full scope document specifying exactly what will be delivered, by when, and at what price. No vague estimates.
What if I only need one section - not the full paper?
Individual sections are quoted separately. A Results and Discussion section alone, or just an Introduction, can be scoped and priced independently. Use the contact form and specify which section you need.
Is there a student discount?
Yes. All enrolled PhD and Master's students receive a 10% discount on any service. Simply submit your inquiry and then email a photo of your university ID card, enrollment letter, or bonafide certificate to info@paperfoundry.in. The discount is applied to your quote immediately.
Is there a discount for referrals?
Yes. Researchers referred by an existing client receive a 10% discount on their first engagement. Mention your referrer in the inquiry form and the discount is applied automatically. Note that student and referral discounts cannot be combined.
What is the refund policy?
If PaperFoundry is unable to deliver within the agreed scope and timeline, a partial refund proportional to undelivered work is provided. Full terms are shared in the scope document before any payment is made.
Do you work on tight deadlines?
Yes, subject to availability. Urgent turnaround requests are accommodated where possible and may carry a priority surcharge. Share your deadline in the inquiry form and feasibility will be confirmed within 24 hours.
